Let's Get Ready for the Christmas Season​

We are planning to hang Christmas lights at the front entrance

on Wednesday, November 19 at 10:00am. We will provide light refreshments.

Bring gloves, a little Christmas spirit, and wear your ugly Christmas

sweater if you like.  If you are available, we would love to see you there.

The 2025-2026 HOA dues are now due payable by July 1, 2025. (past due by August 1, 2025)

   $ 400 per year for off-water lots

   $ 340 per year for on-water lots
