              Annual Windchase on the Tar Homeowners Association Meeting

The 2026-2027 HOA dues are due by July 1, 2026. (past due by August 1, 2026)

Notification  for HOA dues and the annual meeting will be mailed to each property owner

   $ 400 per year for off-water lots

   $ 340 per year for on-water lots
