As a reminder, when doing anything major to your home or property on the outside, including the yard and landscaping, any changes require approval from the Architectural Committee.  See the links below for the the Architectural Guidelines and the Construction Request Application.  You can print the form and then fill it in by hand and submit it to a member of our Architectural Committee.  If you have any questions, please contact any HOA board member or architectural committee member.

Annual Financial Report (6/1/2024 to 5/31/2025)

The 2026-2027 HOA dues are due by July 1, 2026. (past due by August 1, 2026)

Notification  for HOA dues and the annual meeting will be mailed to each property owner in mid-May

   $ 400 per year for off-water lots

   $ 340 per year for on-water lots
